^The sacred spaces link is missing the end of the URL so it won't work. Try this link.

I totally agree and by the way I miss our weekly episodes of Kermit on our television. As much as love the work of a puppeteer I really enjoy the being entertained by a ventriloquist.(Not sure of the spelling of this)

As producer of "Sacred Spaces of Greater Cincinnati" I'm happy to have participated in the live pledge breaks during the premiere broadcast Sunday, March 2. However I'm sorry that I didn't comment on the beautiful soundtrack. There are recordings from many local musicians and musical groups including the Vocal Arts Ensemble of Cincinnati, the Catacoustic Consort and Musica Sacra. The music is incredibly important in helping to create an aesthetically pleasing program. Thanks to all of these individuals and groups for their wonderful contribution to the program. Please see Voyageur Media Group's website for a complete listing of the recordings in the soundtrack: www.voyageurmedia.org/sacredspaces.

I can completely understand why so many comments appeared under this NY Times article. When I was a senior in college, living by myself, I couldn't afford cable. PBS is the only reason I still managed to stay informed, besides using the computer labs on campus (no Internet access either). But I didn't just get to find out the latest U.S. news, what I got was a myriad of inspirational and thought provoking programs- for FREE. I believe it was that year in college, sitting in my studio apartment and watching PBS, that is responsible for shaping me into an NPR-listening, news-watching, nature-loving individual.

We have been thinking about going out for ballroom dancing lessons but have been a little afraid of looking like fools. We instead purchased a 8 DVD instructional dance system by Louis van Amstel of Dancing With The Stars from Learn To Dance At Home and after perfecting that we will probably go out and take a few lessons in public.

I am dissapointed in how the simulcasting of the analog programming has gone. Motor week is available in high definition on the other pbs stations in the area but when I tuned into WCET this morning I got a motor week that had black bars on all four sides of my tv. it had the "barn doors" on the left and the right and it was letterboxed in the square picture in the middle. Please do the digital channel justice and show as much as HD as possible. I would almost propose that you go ahead and discontinue broadcasting in analog. After all, you only have one more year. Luckily, there are a lot of PBS choices in the Cincinnati area.
