Bodies… The Exhibition
June 6, 2008 at 1:22 pm | In On the Air | Leave a CommentLast week, a reader on our blog left a comment regarding a recent FOCUS on the Cincinnati Museum Center’s display, Bodies… The Exhibition.
In this comment, sunny says:
There was a radio discussion about the bodiess exhibt. There was a point of view that the bodies exhibt was inhumane. This was based on the fact that the bodies used in the exhibt were the remains of unidentified asian soldiers whose families were unable to get closuer or give consent to this process. I’m curious as to what CET viewers think.
We here at CET share sunny’s curiosity. What do you think of the Bodies… The Exhibition exhibit? Also, you can watch the FOCUS episode in question here.
Please leave your comments. Let’s get a conversation going.

Foreclosure Prevention
June 3, 2008 at 2:18 pm | In On the Air | Leave a CommentTags: CET
You may not know this but June is National Home Ownership Month. For the last year or so, we’ve read of the increasing number of property foreclosures in our community and across the country. Regardless of the reasons why, foreclosure is one of the many nightmares home owners fear (the others are fire, theft and door-to-door canvassers).
Tomorrow, June 4, CET, WLWT-TV, Fannie Mae and the Home Ownership Center of Greater Cincinnati will team up to present the Foreclosure Prevention Phone-A-Thon. Callers will be able to have all of their questions regarding foreclosures answered by mortgage specialists beginning at 6AM. These specialists will be working from CET studios.
Plus, tomorrow night at 7:30pm, tune in for a special half-hour broadcast moderated by Kathy Lehr that will give tips and hints towards avoiding foreclosure.
If you have questions regarding foreclosure and would like them to be answered by mortgage specialists, you can call 1-877-7BuzzUs (1-877-728-9987) or visit their website at www.buzzuznow.com.
And click here to see the official kick off for National Home Ownership Month that took place this morning.
